Development & automation

Stop paying people to do work your systems should handle.

I build practical Salesforce automation, integrations, and workflows around real business processes.

Show Me the Process You Want Automated
01

Automation should remove work without hiding failures.

A Flow isn’t successful just because it runs. The right thing needs to happen consistently, exceptions need to be visible, and someone needs to be able to maintain it later.

That means defining the operating rule, testing the normal path and the exceptions, and documenting what the team should expect.

02

Things worth automating.

Look for recurring work that follows a clear rule—and for the moments when a missed step costs the team time.

  • Lead routing, record creation, and ownership changes
  • Follow-up tasks, notifications, and management alerts
  • Approvals, quote handoffs, and status updates
  • Enrichment, synchronization, and recurring data movement
03

Integration starts with ownership.

Before connecting two platforms, we need clear answers to the operating questions. Once those rules are agreed, we can scope the technical implementation.

  • Which system creates the record, and which can update it?
  • What happens when values disagree?
  • What triggers synchronization?
  • How are errors surfaced, and who fixes an exception?

The technical depth to follow through.

My background includes Apex, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, webhooks, Lightning, custom objects, validation rules, security, permissions, data migration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ workflows.

I also built MLBGPT, connecting external APIs, automated data workflows, predictive models, dashboards, and self-service reporting. I’m comfortable moving beyond configuration when the problem calls for engineering.

05

A working handoff is part of the build.

Scope the acceptance criteria before implementation. Test the change, document the setup, and give the team the guidance it needs to use and maintain it.

API access, platform limits, third-party licenses, and ongoing support needs are evaluated before the project is quoted.

You don’t need to know what to call it

Just tell me what’s frustrating your sales team.

“Our reports are wrong.” “Our leads keep disappearing.” “We’re doing too much manually.” That’s enough to start.

Free 25-minute conversation. If I don’t think you need a project, I’ll tell you.
